2. Hosting & server log files

The website is hosted with IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser/OS) in log files. This is necessary to deliver the site and ensure stability and security (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Logs are deleted after a short retention period.

3. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies (legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / § 25(2) TDDDG — no consent required):

.AspNetCore.Culture — stores your chosen language (DE/EN).
Antiforgery cookie — protects forms against CSRF.
Circuit / session — keeps the interactive (Blazor) connection working during your visit.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

4. External services / content

Fonts — web fonts are self-hosted on our own server. No data is transmitted to Google.
minotar.net — player avatars (Minecraft skins) are loaded from minotar.net. The Minecraft name and your IP are transmitted to the service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Stripe — rank payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The data you enter at checkout (e.g. payment details, email) is processed by Stripe as an independent controller/processor. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Player statistics

The site displays public gameplay data of the Minecraft server (player names, ELO, match history). These names are the in-game names players chose themselves. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (operating a public leaderboard).

6. Rank purchases

When you buy a rank we store your Minecraft name, the chosen rank, the billing period, the amount, a payment reference and a timestamp, in order to fulfil and document the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment itself is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise them, contact kontakt@maxandniklas.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
