Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 08.06.2026
§ 1 Scope & provider
These terms apply to all purchases of virtual ranks via the HamsterPvP website, operated privately by Niklas Bessel and Maximilian Dannenberg ("we"). The customer is the person placing the order.
§ 2 Subject matter
We offer paid, purely virtual ranks for the HamsterPvP Minecraft server (e.g. chat prefixes, cosmetic perks). Ranks confer no monetary value, no ownership and no claim to permanent server availability.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
By selecting a rank, entering your Minecraft name and completing payment via our payment provider (Stripe), you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the rank is activated or the payment confirmation is issued.
§ 4 Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable statutory VAT. Ranks are offered as subscriptions (monthly or yearly). Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. A yearly term is paid 12 months upfront at the displayed discount.
§ 5 Term & cancellation
Subscriptions run for the chosen period. You may cancel at any time to the end of the current billing period; the rank then remains active until the end of that period. Contact us at kontakt@maxandniklas.de.
§ 6 Delivery
Ranks are activated on the game server shortly after successful payment. If activation fails, contact us with your Minecraft name and the payment reference.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal (digital content)
For consumers, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies. As the rank is digital content delivered immediately, you expressly agree that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery (§ 356(5) BGB).
§ 8 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. We are not liable for server downtime caused by third parties.
§ 9 Trademarks
HamsterPvP is not an official Mojang/Microsoft product. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB.
§ 10 Final provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays effective.
